Just recently I did an Internet search for an indoor waterfall-type fountain, and came upon this particular model. It's very visually appealing, but what I like most about it is the calming sound of gently trickling water it produces when it's turned on.
I colored the three LED lights with a blue waterproof Sharpie pen, and at night this adds such a wonderful glow from under the little water pools. Also, I hung some green artificial vine-like plants (bought from a hobby shop) off it as well for some extra color.
One very slight issue on the downside: it produces a small amount of water splash (I set it up on my carpeted living room floor), but this problem was easily solved by placing it on a mat cut from a cheap piece of plexiglass I bought at a hardware store, then putting some common house plants around the front of it to absorb most of the micro-splashing.
Overall, I think it well-worth the rather steep price tag, as I've really enjoyed it. It makes such a rich and naturally-looking addition to one's living environment.
